What is your shipping policy?
CANADA & USA
We charge a flat rate of $7 USD per item shipped.
EUROPE / UK
We charge a flat rate of $30 USD per item shipped.
When will my order arrive?
Orders can take between 3-7 working days depending on your location. Remote or international locations can take longer.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Typically, you will receive an Email within 1 hour of placing the order.
What are the accepted forms of payment?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.
What is your return policy?
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be accepted after that date.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition and packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Returns must be prepaid - please note return shipping fees are not refundable.

How do I return a flag?
If you are shipping the item back, you must send an Email with the information below to vlh@voilalesheroines.com to validate your return. Please include:
Order number
Style name
Size
Return reason among the following: wrong article or defect (with a description of the issue)
Once your send us the email, ship back your item. Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the following 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund has taken place. Note that it can take between 3-5 business days to appear on your issuing bank account statement.
The flag I would like to purchase is out of stock, what do I do?
If an item ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email regarding the item in question. You will not be charged for the item. Please contact us or check back as availability changes. Feel free contact us at vlh@voilalesheroines.com for any updates on this item or questions you may have.
What about refunds?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days following the receipt of your package at our offices. Note that it can take between 3-5 business days to appear on your issuing bank account statement.
How to care for the flags?
We recommend that you avoid washing your flags and instead entrust them to your dry cleaner, who will clean them professionally and pay careful attention to the edges.
